About Pepper & Co.

Pepper and Co. was established in 1985 as tidewater's first all-in-one landscaping solution company. In the beginning Owen started with his single lawnmover, mowing the grass of Tidewater, you might say he started from the ground up.

Since then Pepper and Co. has grown to appx. 50 employees during peak seasons consisting of many working crews, consisting of 3 main departments - maintenance, installation & design, and integrated pest management.

We have a couple horticulturists that are available for design and trouble shooting problem situations and other employees with many years of experience, including Owen who still is out there checking on all work being done. Don't ask the crews how fussy he is!!!!!!!!
